Sports Clips Prices And Hours
Sports Clips prices are reasonable overall, but a little on the higher end when compared to other salons. The reason for this is that Sports Clips hair salon focuses on men and boy's haircuts. They charge a premium for their expertise in this area relative to other salons, which usually offer haircuts for everyone but may focus on women overall.
In 1993 in Austin, Texas, the founder of Sports Clips, Gordon Logan, wanted to create a place where guys could feel comfortable getting their hair cut. He realize that there was a huge hole in the market and that men were under-served in the hair care market.

Sports Clips Hours and Company History
Sports Clips Hours
Sports Clips hours are comparable to most other hair care franchises. They are open seven days a week, usually from 10 AM to 8 PM on weekdays, and slightly shorter hours on weekends. On Saturdays, they are typically open from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Sundays from 11 AM to 5 PM. Almost all Sports Clips locations are franchised, and franchise owners can set their own hours. It's best to check with the individual franchise location and also to make an appointment (although this is not a requirement) before just showing up.
The Sports Clips Story
Sports Clips was founded in Austin, Texas in 1993 by Gordon Logan. Gordon had experience owning and operating hair salons throughout Texas, and realized that men and boys were underserved in the hair care and hair styling market. He operated the Austin, Texas location for two years before beginning to franchise in 1995.
After assembling a talented team of experts, the specialty hair salon was able to expand to 50 salons in about five years. Sports Clips now has more than 1,600 salons, and is the only national hair cutting franchise with locations in all 50 states.
